Out Of Town?
If you are located out of town and would like to become a client of The Anabolic Clinic sm, we may be able to work with you.
As with all our clients, you are required to have an initial interview which can be conducted telephonically after you complete and return your questionnaire.
In addition to all of the same conditions and requirements that apply to our on-site clients, we will require the name and contact information of your local physician with whom we can work.
You should check with this doctor to be certain that he or she is willing to work with us.
His/her function will be to perform those services we would otherwise perform in our office.
This includes drawing blood for tests, providing us with test results and administering treatment.
